Booking and Cancellation Policy

Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

Rescheduling or Cancelling
Need to change your appointment? No problem, just give us at least 24 hours' notice and your deposit will be credited toward your next booking.

Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit the full deposit.

Running Late
We hold your appointment for up to 10 minutes. After that, your booking will be cancelled and a $20 fee applies.

Repeated No-Shows
If you miss more than one appointment without notice, we'll ask for full payment upfront on any future bookings.
